How Should I Eat, While Working Night Shifts

Should I Eat at Night While I'm working?
Yes!!! Never deprive yourself of nutrition even if you work graveyard shifts. You will  have to reverse your eating schedule.
How do you go about doing that is simple. Many people will tell you not to do it or you will get use to it, but you have control of your mind and body. Sometimes you have to trick your mind to improve your body.
Many night shifts are permanent, many are PRN what ever the case you have to start making healthier choices.
Even if you do it temporary you will see the results, you are  eating the most when you are most active. So if you work at night wether you are constantly moving or not your metabolism is still working.
So my recommendation is that you,
*Eat dinner around 7-8pm
*Eat a snack by 12midnight *Eat breakfast around 4-5am.
Then when you go to bed when u get home around 7am or 8am. You should stay hydrated. Make sure you drink enough water when you are up working.
* Eat a snack when you get up, or eat a small meal/lunch around 4pm.
EXAMPLES:
8pm- Tiplopia, Spring beans, bake potatoes. Glass of water.
11pm-12am- 32oz Smoothie or Turkey sandwich, peanut butter sandwich. Glass of milk or water.
4am- Scrabble or boiled eggs whites, toast, oatmeal or grits. Apple or orange. Orange juice, glass of water.
3pm-4pm Fruit Salad or Smoothie. Asparagus and baked chicken.
No matter what always have a positive attitude. Workout on you break at night by walking around your unit several times. Then again if time permits, once before your shift starts, by incorporating some cardio or such. Just stay healthy, active, happy, and awake while working your night shift.

Verse: 1 John 1:19 If we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from every wrong.

This is about saying thank you to God for what He has done for us,  will do, and  continues to do in our lives.

Verse: I Thessalonians 5: 18

Supplication
This means being humble and making your request known for help. At the end of our prayer, we can ask God to help us in difficult situations or times of need. We can ask Him to work in someone else’s life, or pray for the big problems all around us.

This is a good gesture to allow you to have your complete focus on God and having faith over what you are praying for.

This is your index finger or pointing finger. Pray for the people who help you grow as a Christian, who will point you in the way to be more like Jesus. Such as a small group leader, youth pastor, and church minister.
Verse: Col 4: 2-4

2nd finger
This is your strongest finger. Pray for all those people with power and have a lot of  responsibility such as the government and civic leaders.

Finally, pray for yourself. Admit the things you know you have done wrong and receive God’s peace and forgiveness. Offer your hands to serve God through your life, at home, school or work.

*Is there anyone I need to forgive today?

And don’t let us yield to temptation but deliver us from the evil.

*Ask God to help us recognize temptation and gives the strength to overcome it.
*1 Corinthians 10: 13
* Ask God to help you do the right thing today.
